alfa romeo centenary art collection

I was invited by illustrative to participate to an art gallery for the centenary of alfa romeo, which is online on alfa romeo art.

last january, I went to the alfa romeo museum close to milano sketching few of this legendary cars.
from now, you could order some "hexachrome© fine art giclée printing process" (it sounds like a good stuff) of 2 of my illustrations:

du nuevo, fue a visitar los acuarelistas y amigos de "la colla des dimecres", el grupo de acuarelistas de barcelona, y lo hemos pasado muy bien en ciutat vella.
mis dibujos son: el palmero de la casa de l'ardiaca, la catedral y antonio, y el hotel catalonia catedral.
algunos nos acompañarán a la salida de sábado: el 26th 1/2 sketchcrawl. nos encontramos a las 11h a la salida del metro "horta", y todos los dibujantes están los bienvenidos por un dia intenso de dibujo y de encuentro.

today, I join the group of watercolour artists of barcelona "la colla des dimecres", and we spent a very sweet morning in ciutat vella.
my sketches are: the palm tree of the "casa de l'ardiaca", the cathedral and antonio, and the hotel catalonia catedral. before living, we met for a beer, sharing what we've painted.
some of them will join for the 26th 1/2 sketchcrawl we will do in barcelona next saturday. for those who are close to barcelona, you are invited to sketch all day long, meeting point: the "horta" metro station at 11am. see you on saturday!

barcelona's biathlon!

we met last week with gabi for a sketchcrawl in barcelona.
first, we had a coffee at the last floor of “el corte ingles” from where you have a very wide view of the city. The weather was cold and rainy, but we finally decided to go sketching outside. than occurred something that do not happened for more than 20 years in barcelona, a snow storm that covered the city, cars, palm trees and tourists… but nothing could interrupt us sketching, and we finished the day totally wet and cold but happy to have been the witnesses of this meteorological event :)

todos lo hemos visto por lo menos en la tele, hace 10 días el lunes, había nieve por todo cataluña, y barcelona parecía a una estación de ski. hacia mas de 20 años que no había pasado!
por casualidad, fue el día que elegimos con gabi para encontrarnos por un día de maratón de dibujo. y lo pasamos requete bien.
empezamos con un café en el ultimo piso del corte ingles de placa cataluña, de donde se ve toda la ciudad, y nos fuimos por la ciudad, con frió y lluvia. Pero un “dibujador” como yo tiene experiencias con lluvia ;)
Y cuando la lluvia se ha convertido en nieve, no podíamos rendirnos, hemos dibujado hasta las 6 de la tarde… una pasada!

the mammoth of the “parc de la ciutadela” enjoyed the return of the ice age.

Fuimos a ver el mamut del parc de la ciutadela, el mas feliz de la vuelta de la edad de hielo.
